What are AI credits?
Each credit lets you run one AI action — generate a proposal, draft a contract, ask the AI Coach a question, or pull a market rate benchmark. Pro includes 25/month. Pro+ includes 75/month. Need more? Add-on packs are available anytime.
Can I subscribe through the iOS App Store instead?
Yes. Reel Rate offers in-app subscriptions through the App Store. Subscribing on either platform gives you the same features — use whichever is most convenient for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account page or email us at hello@reelrate.io. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase with row-level security — meaning your data is isolated from every other user's data by design. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
