These Terms of Service govern your use of Reel Rate and all related services provided by Rizzle Media Group. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, accessing, or using Reel Rate (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Reel Rate is a business management application designed for creative freelancers, including videographers, photographers, and content creators. The Service provides tools for pricing, invoicing, contract management, client relationship management, time tracking, tax estimation, and AI-assisted business features.
All outputs generated by Reel Rate — including AI-generated proposals, contracts, tax estimates, pricing suggestions, and coaching responses — are provided as tools to assist your business decisions. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service. Consult a licensed professional for legal, tax, or financial matters.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@reelrate.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Reel Rate offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Pro+). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processors (Stripe, Apple App Store) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
The free tier is provided at no cost and includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tier features at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard refund policies apply. For web subscriptions processed through Stripe, refund requests may be submitted to hello@reelrate.io and will be evaluated at the sole discretion of Rizzle Media Group.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Reel Rate includes AI-powered features including proposal generation, contract drafting, tax estimation, negotiation coaching, and market benchmarking. These features are provided to assist your workflow and are not a substitute for professional advice.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Rizzle Media Group makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI outputs. Do not rely on AI-generated contracts, tax estimates, or financial projections without independent professional review.
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant Rizzle Media Group a limited license to process and store your User Data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including all software, designs, features, branding, and content created by Rizzle Media Group, is owned by Rizzle Media Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Reel Rate" and related marks are trademarks of Rizzle Media Group. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rizzle Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content or financial estimates.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
